They would have received 5 stars but I had to wait over 2 months for my title. I got a couple different stories for the delay, but both times I had to initiate the conversation with them. I can understand delays even if it was just a simple mistake, but they never contacted me nor admitted an error.
i just went to toyota service center in crystal lake, and my service advisor is doing great. when i came in, he approached me immediately and greeted me. and he takes care of everything. while they are changing the oil, he keeps on coming back to me just to give me an updates of our prius car until it was done. you know i never had any experience like this since we bought this car until this last visit of December 6, 2017. He's a great employee, and his name was Jason Gomez / 848*W*. THANKS A LOT GREAT JOB GREAT EMPLOYEE!

This Salesmen should be your to go person when you step into Pauly Toyota he will make the process quick and easy. We agreed on a price fairly quick. He was calm and funny most of time when we were in the office.
We came in salesman - Bob - was very nice showed us all the cars that we wanted to see, told us about each car and what they could do. We quickly settled on a price and left. Bob Langenberg was a great salesman - Funny - Calm - Very Helpful
